We tighten the concept based on your feedback—adjusting layout, selections, and details until it fits your vision.

What you get: Updated plan(s) + clear design direction you feel confident about.

Once approved, we produce a build-ready design package. Depending on your project, this may include:

• Final scaled plan
• Planting plan + plant list
• Materials and finish selections
• Lighting / irrigation recommendations (if needed)
• Construction notes &  details

What you get: A complete roadmap for installation.

If you want us to build it, we provide a clear estimate and project schedule. We’ll review scope, phases, and your preferred payment schedule.
